Flora Balance

Description

Flora Balance is a combination of beneficial bacterias with a prebiotic whose active ingredients support proper gastrointestinal function and
promote recovery of intestinal microflora in animals.

Lactobacillus acidophilus – through the production of lactic acid increases acidity in the intestine, thus inhibiting the development of pathogens, i.e. Salmonella, Escherichia coli and Clostridium perfringens. Actively involved in the synthesis of the B group vitamins, especially niacin, folic acid and vitamin B6. The specificity of Lactobacillus acidophilus consists in its ability to hydrolyse urea, which, on the one hand, reduces its endogenous production, while on the other helps decrease its levels in the blood during chronic renal failure.

Lactobacillus plantarum – reduces changes in the structure of the gastrointestinal microflora, which u sually appear as a result of a long-term
stress factor.

Lactobacillus rhamnosus – through the production of lactic acid, increases the acidity in the intestine, thereby supporting inhibition of pathogens development. Its capacity to inhibit gastrointestinal colonization by Clostridium perfringens in dogs reaches 80%. Metabolites produced
by Lactobacillus rhamnosus stimulate both local and general immunity within the body. Furthermore, enhancing dietary intake through the
inclusion of this strain resulted in higher insulin sensitivity and more effective weight loss. L. rhamnosus has also been demonstrated to increase
the concentration of GABA – a neurotransmitter that alleviates moodiness and reduces the overall level of anxiety.

Inulin – a prebiotic, soluble dietary fibre, boasts a stimulating effect on the growth of beneficial intestinal microflora, stimulates the development
of Lactobacillus. Acid metabolites of beneficial microflora help to prevent the growth of potentially pathogenic bacteria.

USAGE:

Recommended daily amount of the product to be given with the animal feed is 1 capsule per 20 kg of its body weight. For smaller animals the
content of the capsule should be divided proportionally according to the body weight of the animal and mixed with dry or wet food or water
(½ capsule per 10 kg body weight).

Product is in the form of openable capsules. It is recommended to mix product with kibble, wet feed or water. Recommended daily amount can
be divided into a couple of smaller portions during the day.
